#EnteProLocoItaliane and #FederCammini – Federation of Italian Paths, Routes, and Trails – have signed a memorandum aimed at collaborating in the protection, promotion, and development of historic, religious, and hiking routes throughout Italy.
🤝 The signing of the agreement between the President of EPLI, Pasquale Ciurleo, and the President of Feder.Cammini, Andrea Lombardi, marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between two organizations committed to enhancing Italian routes and itineraries.
💪 A joint commitment to sustainable hiking tourism. EPLI, with over 1,300 associated Pro Loco, and Feder.Cammini, representing associations engaged in the protection of walking routes, join forces to:
- 1️⃣ Enhance and promote Italian walking routes in Italy and abroad
- 2️⃣ Support the protection and restoration of historical and natural routes
- 3️⃣ Involve local communities and schools to spread the culture of hiking
- 4️⃣ Organize events and projects to promote pilgrimage routes
👉 An action aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda goals.
